As merino wool clothing is stretchy, you can hardly go wrong by ordering according to your child's age. The garment will still fit snugly and well.One size larger would just be longer in the body and sleeves.

***The correlation of age and height can sometimes be imprecise, as each child is unique. As with clothing sizes, the age information only serves as a guide. We therefore recommend that you measure your child's size before purchasing.

***The ages given for these tights are for guidance only, as every child grows at a different rate. They are based on the Australian and New Zealand standardized growth charts which can be found on children's hospital websites, government health sites or in your MCH or Plunket books.

***If in doubt, we recommend going up a size, but this is of course a personal choice (for us, there's nothing more uncomfortable than the crotch of your tights being too low!)
